I've uploaded the title track from my upcoming recording "Subject To Change". This is the second of my cross country collaborations with my old classmate Mark Englert of Dramarama. Mark brought the song to life just like he did in our first song ("October") with his great guitar work! Both songs will be included on the new CD which will be ready for summer 2012. I am looking to schedule dates for an updated version of my "Mid-Life Chronicles" show starting in September. See below for details about the show, what people are saying about it, and how to book a date. "The Mid-Life Chronicles" I am happy to say that the response to my one man show, "The Mid-Life Chronicles", has been great! The most common feedback I get is something like "I didn't know what to expect but it was a fun show that I could really relate to"! If I may be so bold - anyone 35 or over would be hard pressed not to relate to the songs and stories in the show! If you are interested in booking the show please go to "The Mid-Life Chronicles" page on this site. I have done the show in clubs, as a fund-raiser, and even for a 50th Birthday high school reunion event. The show is fun, unique, and appeals to a wide audience so you may want to consider it for your event! We'll provide the show, the sound, the lighting and help you with show promotion (poster/tickets/press).
To find out more about the show and to see videos of two monologues with songs visit the "Mid-Life Chronicles" page on this site. Here's what people are saying about the show: "A show that should not be missed! Tom's performance was not only entertaining and comical but also extremely moving. Thank you Tom for keeping our memories alive through your music. " The "Jersey Chix" "Our group had a great time! You performed to a full house which really helped our fund-raising efforts and it was the perfect show for our audience. It was fun, original, the songs were wonderful, and the stories that led up to them were very entertaining! The place was roaring as everyone could relate to their younger days and how "50 is the new 30"! Marc Scharen "Bravo! An evening well spent. Entertaining yet poignant." Mr and Mrs Roderick Robbins, Providence, RI "Tom owns the stage and really does a wonderful job of conveying his art to his audience. I laughed throughout the show and held back tears too. I invited a group of friends and everyone loved it!" Charlene Bradley, Westborough, MA "Very fun and entertaining! We highly recommend seeing the show!" Fran and Bruce, Westborough, MA |
